Janet  – President

Janet Randall is president of Crown Steel, Inc. Janet is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. She has over 25 years’ experience in the steel industry. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. She continues to provide the necessary leadership, vision planning, organization, direction on marketing plans, and overseeing estimating of projects. She’s established goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the company. She monitors and enforces safety to comply with the OSHA standards.

 

Project Manager/Estimator

Our project management team has over 45 years’ experience in the steel industry. They have been successful for years in developing, executing, sustaining and evolving operational and production strategies in cost containment measures and controls, strategic business partnerships and leadership, executing initiatives in union and non-union environments, and manufacturing methods and practices.

Dennis Fluery – Shop Foreman

Dennis has over 33 years’ experience in steel fabrication. He has 26 years experience with the management team of Crown Steel, Inc. The last 8 years he has worked as the shop foreman overseeing 10-22 employees whose responsibilities were production steel.

Susan DeLeon

Susan Deleon has been with Crown Steel, Inc. for over 10 years. She works closely with the management team of Crown Steel, Inc. She’s involved with accounting duties of the office such as payroll, certified payroll, and job costing.
